Handling Damaged Cargo
Do Inspect the package when sign the cargo!
When you receive the package, it is best to open the package to check for damage before signing for it. Check the rims/wheels carefully for damage, especially if the box looks like it was handled roughly during transportation. If there is no damage, you can sign for the product. However, if there is damage, you need to report it on the delivery note. Or rejected the package then it will return to Huami Carbon. Huami Carbon will reschedule the shipment within 10 working days after receiving the returned package. If you sign for the package and do not report any damage, then we cannot recourse to the delivery company. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for purchasing any replacement products.
If you did not check the product when you signed for it but the product has obviously damaged. Please contact us within 7 days after signing for the receipt and keep the original waybill, packing box, etc. The return needs to be made by the customer. The shipping company will provide the customer compensation number. Please inform us of the compensation number used to track the delivery.
