3)Why did your card payment fail?
It could be possible that:
(1) The security code of your card is incorrect;
(2) Your card does not support this type of purchase;
(3) Your card has a consumption limit;
(4) Your card was rejected for some reason.
Please try another credit card or try again later with the same card. If these attempts fail, you may need to contact your bank.
4)Purchase cancellation
According to our terms and conditions, if all or part of the purchase is cancelled before shipment, whether it is a partial payment or a full payment, a fee of 10% (minimum $50) of the purchase value will be charged to cover replenishment and operating costs.
Please note that cancellation of an order after the product has been shipped will be considered a “return” and all applicable fees will be charged. Restocking and refurbishment will be charged 20% of the initial purchase value (minimum $100). The customer is responsible for shipping, customs, duties and other costs associated with the returned goods (unless otherwise stated in the warranty policy).
