Returns

All Huami Carbon products go through fully testing and strict quality control before shipping out. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

  1. 7-days return service without any reason.

For rims purchased directly from the official website, we offer a 7-day free return service for no reason. You can get a full refund if you use this policy.

From the date of receiving the product, customers can contact customer service via our official website or via email: sabri[email protected] within 7 days to enjoy no-reason return service.

Shipping and custom duties incurred for returns using this policy shall be borne the customer. Please confirm the specific amount with our customer service.

For products returned using this policy, please ensure that the returned product and accessories are complete and properly packaged to ensure resale is not affected.

Products returned using this policy must be returned to the original origin. Please contact customer service for the specific address. Within 7 working days after the product returned, Huami Carbon staff will arrange to refund the amount actually paid by the customer after confirming that the wheel does not affect the second sale.

  1. Order Amendmentor Cancellation Policy

Our order amendment policy applies to cancellations of all or part of a purchase, whether paid in part or in full, but BEFORE the item is shipped.

Cancellations after the product has shipped will be considered a “return” and all applicable fees will apply. Please see below Product Return Policy.

Purchases may not be changed or cancelled without authorization from Huami Carbon. If authorized, 15% of the purchase value(minimum USD50 ) may be charged to cover restocking and operating costs.

  1. Product returns

If the product you received does not match your order, do not use the product, and contact our customer service team ([email protected]). If a return and refund is granted, it will be subject to the conditions below, unless otherwise agreed to by Huami Carbon Bicycle:

  • Only products in saleable condition, shipped from Huami Carbon and having arrived within the last 30 days, will be considered for a return in terms of refund.
  • Special configured products (non-stock/special order) will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by Huami Carbon.
  • Should Huami Carbon agree to a return and refund, expect repayment within 3 business days after the item has arrived at Huami Carbon office.

The customer is responsible for all fees associated with returns:

  • 20% of the initial purchase value (minimum $100 USD) will be charged for restocking and refurbishment.
  • Shipping costs, customs, duties, and any other fees unless otherwise stated in the warranty policy.
  1. Claims for damage or loss of shipment
  • If you received the product in a damaged package, please carefully inspect the item for damage. If there is no damage, please sign for the product. If there is damage, please report it on the delivery note.Or refuse the shipment and return it to Huami Carbon Office. If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform us of this number for delivery tracking purposes. Upon receipt of the returned package, re-shipment will be arranged within 10 work
  • If the item is damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement products.
  • If the package is in good condition, but the product is obviously damaged during delivery, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us within 7 days after delivery.
