Xiamen Huami Carbon will carry out very strict quality control before shipping to worldwide customers. We provide the following guarantees for our products:
1.Huami Carbon guarantees that its products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship within 2-3 years from the date of original purchase. Only applicable to the original purchaser, non-transferable, proof of purchase is required. Before submitting a claim, please make sure that the warranty does not expire.
2.If any manufacturing defect occurs within two months, the customer will get a free replacement. And Huami Carbon will pay the shipping cost.
If any manufacturing defect occurs within the third to thirty months, Huami Carbon will arrange free replacement or repair. And the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement (as the discretion of Huami Carbon) defective items; this warranty has no other remedies.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or any other fractious reasons;
Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
The original serial number has been intentionally removed or damaged.
Damage caused by natural disasters.
Huami Carbonis not responsible for any injury or liability resulting from the use of rims sold by Huami Carbon.
Clean the rim surface and brake pads before using the wheels.
Do not use metal tools to remove the tyres or tubular.
Use the brake pads for carbon rims only.
Install only components (cassette, tyres) from reliable manufacturers.
In addition to the warranty policy, we operate an Accident/Crash Replacement Policy. This Policy applies to the original purchaser of our products for 2 years from the date of original purchase.
We expect our rims to be ridden hard during training and even harder during racing.
In the case of accidental (causing a big jump or drop, crashing, or other misuses), we’re glad to give you a price break(25% discount off) to help get you going without having to buy a new wheelset or rim at full cost. The customer pays the shipping cost.

The warranty claim must include a description of the product defect, serial number, date of occurrence, and a copy of the attached proof of purchase.
